In real life, my name is Jac van Loon. I am from the Netherlands and have been retired for some years now.

I spent my professional life in ICT, as a developer, architect and project manager working on local, national, international and global ICT projects.

When I retired, I picked up my old love—music—again, because music is basically my true vocation.

In my teens and twenties, I played in bands—initially as a guitarist and keyboard player and, in later years, also as a musical director. It was during this period that I composed my first songs.

Now, I have made a promise to myself to record an album of my own music.

In October 2014, I successfully completed Pro-Music Training, a professional course in composition, arrangement, improvisation and songwriting given in Amsterdam. Pro-Music Training enabled me to improve my skills in all of these facets of music. An intensive course, it essentially crammed 4 years of conservatory-level tuition into a 1-year programme.

In September 2021, I acquired a professional certificate in audio engineering and music production from Sound Education Nederland in Utrecht.

I currently focus on creating modern and popular music and arrangements for full orchestras in combination with EDM or dance music, and may eventually also branch out into film music.

Naturally, I mix and produce my music myself.
